Cleaning is a process of being healthy. We cannot be healthy without keeping ourselves clean. Clean and neat people always look smart and healthy. They are treated well by their friends, family and the society. People who remain dirty and stinky, nobody wants to go and sit with him or her. There are many things that we can follow in our daily lives to remain clean and healthy.
1. Take a bath daily: Bathing helps us to remove the germs and sweat from our body. Moreover, it makes us fresh and energises us. Bathing daily keeps us way from diseases as well. Early morning baths keeps us active for the whole day. It reduces body odour and keeps away skin problems.
2. Brushing teeth: Brushing teeth twice a day keeps germs away from our teeth. People who do not brush everyday have smelly breath and yellow decayed teeth. Brushing regularly makes our teeth strong, white and keeps our breath smelling nice. We should always brush our teeth after eating chocolates.
3. Wash hands frequently: Before and after having a meal, after using toilet, we should make sure that we wash our hands with soap and water. We perform lots of activities with our hands. There are more chances of getting germs on hands rather than any other parts of the body. It is very necessary to wash hands to protect ourselves from diseases.
4. Use clean clothes: Wearing clean clothes makes us look smart. In addition, clean clothes are free from germs. Dirty clothes contain lots of germs and stains. People wearing dirty clothes are considered as dirty and unattractive. Even if we wear old clothes, but if it is clean, we will look clean and healthy. We will have a good impression on everyone around us.
