These cereals are good source of Vitamin D (important for healthy bones), Iron and Protein.
Low-fat dairy products
Dairy products are enriched with protein and protein gives us energy. Hence, it is very important to have sufficient protein in our breakfast meal. Bread with milk, mayonnaise, cheese, or Nocilla /Nutella can be a good options.
Fruits and Fruit Juice
Fruits and fresh fruit juice without added sugar can be a good addition to the breakfast. Try to select diversified fruits that will fill all your vitamin needs (such as Vitamin A, B, C etc.). We all know the saying “An apple a day, keeps the doctor away.”
Egg
If you are in a hurry and do not have the time to cook anything, cook up a quick omelet. Omelets are simple to cook and will not take more than 3 or 4 minutes to cook. Eggs are a high source of protein and will help you to keep up your energy level all day long.
